Jim Dawe, P.G., C.W.P. – Principal / Senior Geoscientist
Mr. Dawe has over fifteen years of experience as a geologist and project manager specializing in the implementation of remediation strategies and subsurface hydrogeological investigations. Mr. Dawe has extensive environmental experience in the areas of sub-surface investigation and delineation projects, remediation scale hydraulic fracturing, corrective measures studies, surface reclamation, environmental monitoring programs, due-diligence investigations, and regulatory compliance projects. Mr. Dawe is a Professional Geologist (License # P.G 3535 WY) and a Certified Water Professional and holds an Industrial Waste Water Treatment Plant Operators License in Colorado.
Mike Lindstrom – Principal / Senior Project Manager
Mr. Lindstrom has 12 years of professional experience. He is highly proficient in the application and implementation of remediation methods, screening and selecting appropriate remedial alternatives, pilot testing, remedial design and implementation, as well as system operation, maintenance, and optimization. Mr. Lindstrom has designed, constructed, managed and operated dozens of remediation systems ranging from multi-million dollar water treatment plants to cut-off walls and interceptor trenches. Mr. Lindstrom has also implemented cleanup of large-scale industrial facilities, Superfund and voluntary cleanup sites with impacts including radioactive materials, chlorinated solvents, petroleum hydrocarbons, and metals.
Alyssa Beard – Principal / Compliance and Due Diligence
Ms. Beard has over 10 years of experience in the environmental consulting industry. This experience includes a variety of environmental compliance, asset transfer due diligence, site investigation, and remediation projects. Her experience includes project management, Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments, chemical inventories, regulatory compliance audits, Environmental Impact Assessment, emergency spill response operations, management of large scale SPCC programs, permitting and implementation of long term environmental monitoring programs.
Chip Mickel, P.E., Principal – Engineering Manager
Mr. Mickel is a registered professional engineer with over 15 years of experience in the environmental consulting industry. This experience has included conducting and implementing remedial assessments, site investigations and characterizations, feasibility studies (FSs), technology development and assessments, remedial designs, remedial actions, constructability analyses and remedial construction. His experience also includes project management, supervision and support, QA/QC, design and construction for remediation of impacted soil, sediments, groundwater, and surface water.
Gary Gates (ESR Incorporated – Tasman Teaming Partner) – Project Manager, Air Permitting and Compliance
Mr. Gates has 15 years of experience of environmental engineering experience focusing on air quality and environmental compliance. He has worked in the consulting field, for the Idaho Department of Environmental Quality and at Duke Energy Field Services in the air permitting group. Gary has managed the air permitting and compliance work for several large-scale construction projects in four states. His well-rounded background gives him insight into regulatory agency procedures as well as understanding industry needs. Gary’s experience provides a true understanding of the operational component of the issues relating to air quality work in the oil and gas industry and provides our clients with on-the-ground experience for a wide range of air permitting and compliance services.
